Julian Popov is a Bulgarian-British energy and climate policy expert who has twice served as Bulgaria's Minister of Environment and Water, and as the country's energy security adviser and goodwill ambassador for energy and climate policy. He is a Senior Fellow at Strategic Perspectives and the European Climate Foundation.
